Notice: The Attorneys Title Online Rate Calculator is now found within mytitlelab, a unique online resource created by Attorneys for Attorneys and their staff.

Due to the recent RESPA changes we have updated our rate calculator. Our new enhanced rate calculator does more than just calculate premiums - it will properly allocate the premium and will detail on which HUD-1 line each amount should be placed. The enhanced rate calculator is available to all Attorneys Title's clients.  Just click on the logo below to visit mytitlelab. Use of mytitlelab requires users to login. If you're not yet registered you can register and have access to the system in less than a minute.
