- Preliminary Title Report (Final Included) - Electronic Version VERSION 2
- A written report issued by an approved attorney and provided to a title insurance company, showing the matters discovered in their title search which would appear as exceptions in a title policy if the policy were issued as of the date of the report. This form allows for electronic submission to your local Attorneys Title office. Note: This form relies on Visual Basic & Macros to enhance the form. In order for this form to fully function it should be downloaded to your local PC and then opened. Opening it directly from the website will cause loss of functionality. This form has been updated to contain the new Attorneys Title e-mail addresses - version 2.
